Thank you for your order! The NAMM Store is committed to providing you with the highest quality products and service at the lowest possible pricing.

Payment Types

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards with VISA or Mastercard logo.

Please note that credit card orders are authorized upon receipt, however, orders are not actually charged until they are ready to ship. If you are paying with a debit card, please be aware that your balance will be affected immediately.

Order Tracking

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received. To view the status of your order, please click on “Order Status” located on the top menu bar and enter your order number. You will also receive an e-mail when your order has shipped.

We do our best to keep items in stock. Occasionally we experience a temporary delay while items are being produced. When you order is placed, items that are in stock will ship. If an item is currently out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail. Backordered items will be shipped when they become available at no additional shipping and handling charge. If an item has been discontinued, we will let you know and will be glad to help you choose an alternate item.

Shipping & Handling

Orders are shipped once credit card information has been authorized and the address verified. Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days of receipt of order.

  • Orders Shipped within U.S. - NO CHARGE FOR STANDARD SHIPPING
  • U.S. orders ship via the most cost effective method, typically the USPS, and usually arrives within 3 business days for the East Coast and 6 business days for the West Coast.
  • Express shipping is available upon request. Please call 978.525.3400 x202 before noon Monday – Friday to request rush shipping for your (in stock) order. 
  • Orders Shipped to Canada
  • Shipping & Handling Rates: $10.00 for first item, $2.00 each additional item.
  • Orders Shipped outside of U.S. and Canada
  • Please note that shipping may not be available to all international addresses.
  • Shipping and handling charges are based on a variety of factors and may not be immediately available at the time the order is placed. Typically, orders of 1 or 2 items follow the international shipping charges below. Orders of 3 or more items require special shipping rates to be determined before the items ship. A customer service representative will contact you for approval before items ship. Please leave additional time for order to arrive as international orders can take several weeks.
  • Minimum Shipping & Handling Rates: $15.00 for first item, $2.00 each additional item.
  • All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be happy! Please do not hesitate to call or e-mail with any questions about sizing or style. We will be glad to assist you in choosing the product that best fits your needs.

Online merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date. All items must be in original condition (unworn/unwashed/unused/tags on/saleable condition).

Please note that there are no returns or exchanges on personalized items or final sale items.

To process your return or exchange: 

  1. Package your return carefully.
  2. Include a copy of your packing list or invoice.
  3. Circle the item you are exchanging or returning and include any feedback that you would like to share.
  4. Send your package by US Mail or any major carrier. Please note that the customer bears the responsibility for the cost to ship the item back. Please allow time for the package to reach our office and for your return to be processed.

Once your return is received and processed, you will be credited for the returned item (minus the original shipping charge). If you are exchanging an item (please indicate clearly on the packing list), the new item will be shipped out and you will be charged the Shipping & Handling fee for your exchange ($5.00 for the first item and $1.00 each additional item).
